'Pick up Food for Shoot' isn't completing?
I saw this post on the old forums, and there wasn't an official solution that I could see. Every time my sim gets this opportunity at work (during work hours) she goes to the pickup spot, finishes it...

I've found that it will go away sometime during the time they are at work. A notice will come up stating so.
