Placing empty lots on water.
Since island paradise was fewer empty houses and lots than sunset valley. So i decided on the sea. But u wonder whats happening whe i placed here? Also it can be a houseboat?

@Karritz I can't really say how long it takes, as it's been awhile since I've had one of the small ones, but it doesn't usually take very long.
