The Travel menu for vacations, the Enroll menu for Uni. The Traveler mod redoes those so that if the options for Friends is set, the allowable travelers or those to be enrolled one can select from expands accordingly. Among other things, this is how I get cousins, romantic partners, and other sims through Uni without having to send them one household at a time. Not sure there is a limit to the size of the travel party, the largest group I've ever sent through Uni was 7 or maybe 8. After a certain point, that many sims does get a bit difficult to keep control of especially if all of them are expected to do well academically.
If any members of the controllable travel party do end up not being enrolled for some reason, we can direct them to do so once there at the Admin Bldg.
