@Karritz, I went back to my old save to look but Jupiter hadn't got pregnant then. I'm going to save much more often from now on and also save after any female Sim gets pregnant, just in case.
I'm playing for 3 game days now, to see if the baby somehow ages up and returns as a toddler. I think she may be dead/culled though :( I think it will come down to adding a new baby; I've seen an option in Master Controller to do that.
