Greyson and the Prince set of for the old fort early in the morning. It was the last known location of the sorcerer and his marauders.
The marauders lined up outside, forming a barrier between the elves and the entrance to the fort.

The prince called out for the sorcerer, beckoning him to the front gate, inviting him to battle. Moments passed and it became apparent the sorcerer would not come out, leaving the band of marauders to fight in his stead.

"To battle!" The prince reared his horse, striking fear in the hearts of the marauders. It had been one thing battling a bunch of nobles and guards, quite the other to stand up to a knight and his witch. But they stood their ground, even if their legs might have been a little bit wobbly.

The prince cut through the ranks of the marauders with ease, they posed him no challenge other than a few nicks to the edge of his blade where steel met steel. The marauders fell to his blade, one after the other, or to the ice and the fire Greyson rained upon them.

It wasn´t a fair fight by any means. The men had no magic, and their fighting skills were adequate at best.

The prince defeated the leader of the bandits and brought him to his knees. The old man let them know the sorcerer was not at the fort. It did not take long to convince the old marauder to surrender any information he had. He told them the sorcerer, Blackheart, was holed up in the keep above Tovar.
