(smiles) Everyone has that issue unless they have CC male pregnancy (maternity/paternity) outfits. It's not a skin issue, it's that the non-paternity outfits cannot account for the changed mid-section. The game doesn't come equipped with those as alien based male pregnancies that the Seasons EP provides just induce weight gain, not a baby bump like regular pregnancies do. It's not harmful to the sim, but it does look ridiculous that way.
