@SPARKY1922 - If you get an unroutable or stuck sim warning with a sim's thumbnail on it, you should be able to right-click on on their thumbnail to go to where they are. Or use MC >Focus (from City Hall or an in game computer) on them since you would know their name by the warning. If the sim has already been reset, then you may not be able to focus the game camera on them right away and doing so would no longer lead to wherever the problem really was.
