Question about Delphy's Sims 3 Pack Multi-Extractor

Thanks igazor, yes this would be for custom content. I delete the items from the downloads folder once I have installed them. So once I place the newly converted package files in my mods folder, I will delete the sims3pack version from the Launcher. Will the game automatically remove the dbc files once I uninstall the sims3packs?
