The relationships he forms while visiting other worlds will show up on the right side of the relationship panel when he returns home, greyed out since those sims live in another world. That works just like when sims visit the WA, ITF, UL worlds. If you delete the .nhd world after he returns....I think those relationship will be removed, but I've never done that so I don't know. If you have the NRaas RelationshipPanel mod, you can Ctrl+click on those portraits to delete the relationship.

@Karritz , That Traveler setting doesn't keep alien pregnancies, unfortunately. I haven't had trouble with TFB pregnancies, although I've never had a sim who was showing a pregnancy travel. I've only traveled sims in their 1st 'trimester'.
