The OP's question did not appear to be about pregnant sims traveling, it appeared to be about a pregnant sim left at home. There was a bug in a prior version of Traveler that the then beta testing version made worse through which pregnant sims left at home might end up with a child (actually a child, not a baby) and still be pregnant at the same time. This was fixed a while ago and the fix is in the current up to date version of the mod. Pregnancies do not progress in the world being visited nor the one back home, when things are working as they should, during vacations so the pregnant wife should be exactly how she was at the moment of the husband's departure.
The OP might also be heading for failure here for another reason I'm afraid, if I'm following this sequence correctly (but I could be misunderstanding something). If you travel your sim to World B, they return home, then you pull out World B's nhd file from your ongoing save, things should be fine from there except of course the sims yours had met aren't really "there" anymore. If you then, right at that point, insert a World B nhd file from a different already progressed save into this particular one, the TravelDB file will still try to make connections to sims yours had met in the past. The result could be a mixture of bad relationships and nonsense like children being parents and animals ending up on the family tree because the ID numbers of the sims removed prior will now correspond to all different sims. Traveler is not designed to handle the swapping out of different "live" nhd files of the same world on the fly like that.
If all that's really wanted here is a cleaner looking relationship panel, I would suggest the NRaas RelationshipPanel mod. Unwanted connections to sims can be zapped away with a ctrl-click if the mod is in place. But maybe @Avatarit could tell us what exactly they are trying to accomplish here by traveling to worlds they then no longer wish to have exist.
