There was a bug in a prior version of Traveler that the then beta testing version made worse through which pregnant sims left at home might end up with a child (actually a child, not a baby) and still be pregnant at the same time. This was fixed a while ago and the fix is in the current up to date version of the mod.
Oh, I totally forgot about it (and had that bug happen in my game a few times :p ). I was wondering what the OP was referring to and really had no idea, so guessed it was about letting pregnant sims travel.
