I meant lot type, as viewed on the pull-down menu in Edit Town. A Park or Hangout, for example, I believe would be open 24/7. Arcades and Java Huts have closing hours. The trade-off is that each lot type will tend to favor pulling in sims who have different sets of traits from each other.
