Generally, nose masks are makeup put in the blush category that contour the nostrils and nose tip, with that in mind,
1. Just pick a few and see what they do, if you like them, keep them. If you don't, you can try again.
2. Yes, it does nothing to the nose sliders, you can still reshape them, although I usually find the nosemask to fit the nose and not the other way around.
3. You customize it just like you would any other makeup.
