Raise or Lower Wall Objects

I know this was at some point something you could do, raise or lower windows, wall lighting, paintings, etc.. I've searched the forum high and low, and I just can't find it. Anyone know how, pleas...

Press shift, then leftclick on the object on the wall, and drag it up or down.

Edit: No shift needed, sorry...

I think this feature requires Late Night.
