Raise or Lower Wall Objects

You do not need to hold down the shift key. Just click and hold for a second or two then move the mouse up or down to where you want it then release. You can't move windows or award plaques. When an object you want to move up or down shows the arrows curving right or left, you can't move that one up or down.
