Thank you You as well! And I will be able to play a bit thank goodness!

Thanks! I made sure to clean the tires well before the photo shoot and worked hard on trying to not loose detail on them and the lettering in Post but agreed; black is such a pain to fiddle with especially at night but the lighting in the loading bay I backed into helped a bit. A friend joined me that night too and his car was much easier to edit (his vehicle is silver).Spoiler
My F-stop was set badly, too. Light reflection started starbursting

And it's no worries! I'm a big car nerd (and I think I annoy friends too much because of it haha) but thank you again. I have a lot of fun driving around and finding interesting spots to do a photo shoot or just take pictures of the surrounding things.
I like doing photos in abandoned buildings as well when I do get a chance to go out to them. I forgot the settings on my camera for these but this was done a few years ago with post in LR & PhotoshopSpoiler
This was actually taken with a snap & shoot camera

That's also a nice selection of lenses! Have that exact same 50mm actually. I do want to get myself a 70-300mm though for when I go to race events
Also have a 55-200MM and an 18-55mm but the 18-55 is broken (it's still usable just very, very hard to meter what the lens is taking in) so I have to try and find a new one.
Fantastic shot though! Love the movement you captured and how well your son is in focus compared to what's going on around him, he's upfront and center. Great for being in a low lit area and it's still wonderfully sharp looking! I love action shots like those
You as well! Not very often I come across them (only did on the Sims Amino app) so it's nice to talk some photography! I also agree, I think we should have a similar thread for photography, art, etc on this side of the forum like S4 has. Should we create one?
Thank you, too! There might be a small update in a few minutes if my game wants to cooperate
Oh, my game is being an absolute plum tonite. It's going "Nope...not gonna let you in...gonna be slow as molasses tonight". So I'm going through the whole clear cache, clear DCBackup, clear any files that don't help the game at all, like any save games that have the .backup. I've had a few game crashes, so I suspect that's when those backup files were created.
Those shots are terrific.
Had to get the lenses when I wanted to do hockey photography. I had a 600mm prime (f/4) at one point, but it just got too hard on my back with the "accident" and all. If I win the lottery though, that lens is back. albeit by that time, I'll probably have to get an FL VR and pay out my nose for it. If I win the lottery, my super-telephotos are going to be 300mm f/2.8, 500mm f/4, 600mm f/4 and 800mm f/5.6 plus a sturdy tripod & gimbal and a all-terrain cart to push any of said lenses to wildlife site. :D The committee is out on the 400mm f/2.8 right now...but it might go in my camera bag if I win the lottery since price will be no obstacle.
If I can recommend a good solid investment wide-angle, it would be the Nikon 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6 Not only do you get a f/3.5 on the wide-angle end, it only goes down to f/5.6 at the 85mm end. http://www.nikonusa.com/en/nikon-products/product/camera-lenses/af-s-dx-nikkor-16-85mm-f3.5-5.6g-ed-vr.html. I don't know where you are, so I posted the Nikon USA link.
Oh, I'm all for it, if the mods, like @SimGuruDrake allow us to have a thread in there...like in TS4. :)
