I was browsing the old forums and stumbled upon one of my old stories, HM/BATB crossover. I reread it and cringed at the writing style. XD
I think every single writer thinks their old stuff is cringe. Some of my favorite (very successful) authors have said they'd like to pull their old books or edit them because they've learned so much since. But there is a raw talent there that I absolutely love in the old books. (Harlan Coben looking at you). I sure cringe when I look at some of my first sims videos so know how you feel but I bet your story is good and would like to see it if you want to link it. :)
