Rebuild the World Challenge (Updated on 9/25/24)

I was able to locate Angelbearpuppy's version in the Wayback machine. I was unable to find the original version by X8_Bliss. I am creating a new web page containing Angelbearpuppy's rules interjected with my comments and memories of the original challenge by X8_Bliss. I hope to have it completed and published within a week. I will provide a link to the recreated Rebuild the World Challenge as soon as I am finished. I have given credit to the creator X8_Bliss and the revisionist Angelbearpuppy.
