Recreation of sims 1 intro house

This is my newest house, I recreated the house from the intro in sims 1. It has a big bedroom w/ bathroom and a balcony and room for another bedroom. A big kitchen with dining room and a big sunroom.     and using the Old Town set (that should be expanded by now :x ) we can recreate the houses from Old Town... :P

    The Sims Intro Video Lot!

    Is this available for "The Sims 4". I'm glad someone created this but I need this for Sims 4.

    Can anyone at least let me know the name of this lot.

    If anyone knows where I can download it for "The Sims 4" please guide me. Thanks for the lot.
