Relaxing on the Beach Problem

Hi everyone!

I am having an issue with my Sims resort.

There is about a 10 x 10 area of flat beach space behind the resorts main building with the front desk. My Sims husband was working on some improvements around the resort with upgrading the toilets. So I wanted my Sim to do some sunbathing, but no matter where I clicked in the 10 x 10 area, it kept saying "there is no flat spot nearby to place a beach towel"

What the heck is with that?

I've been having so many problems with my game freezing while at the resort, and now this, I am just ready to scream!

Anyone know how to fix this issue?

    This issue is really super annoying and I'm glad its not just my game.

    My Sims purchased Hobarts Hideaway (renamed it of course) and put about 200k in improvements into it to get it up to a 5 star Resort.

    It is really frustrating the people cannot relax on the beach at a beach resort!!

    I can't flatten the lot or that will totally wreck the entire lot.

    I tried using the "level terrain" feature and leveled about a 14x11 area trying to fix the issue but still, no one is able to relax on a beach towel.

    So I guess until someone comes up with a mod, my people's resort will be relaxingless.

    I know this inset related to much to this topic but dose anyone know if sun bathing with out the seasons EP can give your Sims a tan?
