All of it is the saved game. Just put the entire folder into My Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Saves. You have to have the exact Pleasantview world as well for the save to work. So make sure you go to the first post and download that before you put the save in!
Oh, I should note that you have to unzip the file as well. So you probably downloaded it into a zip file. You'll need a program to unzip that. I use 7z as it also extracts the contents of .rar files.
