I used to get that issue back when I played Modless and it convinced me to start playing Modded.I don't get story progression doing those things anymore since the settings don't allow that unless I started the relationship.I've got all of the NRaas Mod collection installed along with awesomemod to fix school isssues and NRaas to fix all kinds of issues.
