Safest way to resurrect a sim with NRAAS mods?

Hello, I want to resurrect the Salas family in Midnight Hollow, and possible some other ghosts as well. Using NRAAS, which would be the safest (non game breaking) way to accomplish that? I'm thinking ...

Since the Salas family are a premade family (and probably never were dead), I don't think the MC method of removing occult should be an issue but @igazor could probably confirm this.
