1) Yes, I would appreciate if you could find a place for the Science Station. (I just had trouble picturing it somewhere suitable.)
2) Any 40x40 lot will be fine.
I chose the size so it could be placed in other worlds as well (I enjoy community builds but usually not the default ones), if you find it too small you can go 50x50 like the actual library of Luck Palms.
