Saves Folder + Error Code 12

So I've done my little checks that were laid out in the last conversation that we had - RAM is fine on start up (around 2.3) and in live mode around 2.5.
This may or may not be concerning. FPS is about 145 paused in live mode. When I start moving the camera around the lot (still paused) the lowest I clocked was 10 and the highest was just over 200. When I un-pause but don't move the camera it's about 130-135. Not paused and moving around, letting the clock run, it depends on where I'm moving over the lot, but it can go from about 10 to 245. I did have this fps set to 60 when I first got this computer, do I need to do it again @igazor?
The in-game store is turned off, Overwatch, Error Trap are both in play. I may need to do a reset everything with MC as I haven't done that before.
Before checking FPS, as I was able to save as, I would have said that it was probably because I had my computer on ALL DAY yesterday (yes, I did periodically save throughout the day as I tend to do when I'm building), but now with the FPS going crazy, I'm not so sure.
