TS3.exe is what is used on Patch 1.69, TS3w.exe (with the "w") for Patch 1.67 and below.
If Option One doesn't work because you are on 1709, then try one of the others. Only one of them should be necessary to switch that feature off, from the way I am reading that page.
@igazor - Does inspector come with Nvidia already because I don't see a program called Inspector on my computer?
Option 4 is what I used, but when I went it, Game Mode was off anyway, so the update didn't change anything.
I've now disabled fullscreen optimisation in the TS3 Application. It only shows the .exe when I go into the properties.
