the notion of a clean installed game initating gay/esbian couples on its own without you initiating them either through a gay/lesb family of your own or through downloading is false.
Mostly true, The reason you didn't get gay Sims in these neighborhood is because the game kind of watches how you work relationships. I have had a neighborhoods full of gay Sims and neighborhood that were completely straight. the neighborhoods where you don't make any gay Sims doesn't automatically spawn gay Sims. The ones where you have a lot of gay Sims do. The game has a percentage of automatically spawned gay Sims, it can be change with different mods.
