As far as wall covering; stucco is always a good standby. Certain types of houses you can use a rock wall covering, but only in limited amounts, mixed with another type of wall covering some way.
Now to get a stucco wall, you should just CAS to paint and make a choice. Also some masonry is fine and some stone but only limited ones.
The driveway on this one could use a different texture, and a tone down as far as brightness.
I bet you could do a good job with an Asian house if you ever decided to try.
