Hi knazzer,

I went through the pages of your showcase thread and I'd like to give you some assessments.

Lets first discuss your covershot for this current house. Covershots are usually what sells a house on the Exchange. If you want to do well on the Exchange, then it's important to learn how to change your covershot. On page one, second post; there is information about changing your covershot. You should check it out.

I like the idea that you are trying to tell a story with some of your houses. That kind of adds a good element for game play.

You do show a great deal of versatility in your building. I think you do better with moderns but you do well with the other genres too.

I think the main thing you need to do is get away from the box. Practice with some diagonal walls some.

You're on your way to becoming a very good landscaper. I'd recommend doing a little study of other TS3 builders to tighten that up some.

I got the impression that your houses were more for the storytelling than the building. That's fine. I'd still would like you to show me more of your interiors next time.

What I can see of your interiors, you're over using white and black if you ask me. Expand a little and try out some different colors and some patterns.
