Kquinn; I don't think there's any way to get a CFE balcony on the second floor, unless you split the level in two (one level the height of the balcony, and the second level making up the rest of the wall height).
Best bet is to wait until tomorrow, when we have half-walls :D lol
I had it split level, then I added L Shaped stairs to the house, and when I lowered that, since I have a foundation under the upper part it took away the upper split level I had. I hope that makes any sense?? LOL.
I'm not getting Late Night until Christmas so I won't be able to do that.
