Wow - Stu - you're build looks awesome :) I really like the nightime shots, but not sure they work too well as coverpics, you can't really see what your getting...
Cailey - have commented on your WIP over at TSS :)
Fid - if you have a moment, I would really appreciate your comments on my latest build: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=3262166

Kaela,
Lets start with the covershot. Though I think it's a good shot, when you have a dark colored house, it's not easy to see in a thumb nail.
Now, as far as the house; I would have preferred to see a much lighter green on the exterior.
Your landscaping is nice but I think you could loosen up on it a bit. Sometimes the best way to do landscaping is by pulling back from the house and then let your imagination build the landscaping in your mind of what you want it to be like. This may take a few minutes but just be patient with it. Close you're eyes for an instant and imagine driving or riding down the street in a car and seeing this house along a residential street. Do you see trees? What kind of trees do you see. Do you see flowers? What kind of flowers do you see? Suddenly, you'll understand what you want to see with that house and then the landscaping will be as easy as a breeze as far as designing it. I speak from my own personal experience with landscaping.
The interior; some of your interior I liked very much and some I didn't care for. When you use rock walls and floors together, you get too much of a clash. Those two surfaces should be different. They are both fighting for attention when they are both in the same room. So I would say I'm not that fond of the kitchen.
The living room was nice. I do think you can do more with this room though. I think you should try and use more angles with your furnishing; they seem to come off a little too neat and proper. A little more color. Your colors are what I call safe. I'd like to see you step a little out of the box just a tiny bit when it comes to color.
I'm glad to see some clever uses of MOO, like with the end tables. I've been known to do that occasionally myself.
The dining room was very nice. I especially liked the first bathroom; with the stone floor. There was a bedroom that had a fabric texture that I feel you could have made a better choice of. You could use more decor all around.
Overall, I think you have a great deal of potential. You just need more practice and some study to tighten it up some. You do some good work with CAS like the nursery wallpaper. I think if you will focus some more and take your time, you will come out with a masterpiece. This looks like a very comfortable house for sims and I hope it does well on the Exchange.
