one problem I've had is when you select a Sim ( in their little picture box) then you go to another Sim, both of them will be highlighted, and you can't play either one. The Goddards, Pauline & Hank
All I’ve ever had to do to fix that is exit to Main Menu then go back into game, it’s always fine after that.
