Apologies to those who have heard this rant before.
In a world with no schools, there is no education requirement. That doesn't break the game in any technical way, but it does mean that the next generation will grow up stoopid and unfit to function in society. They collectively will not learn the value of senseless conformity, how to deal with incompetents in positions of authority, the smarter ones won't be dumbed down and have the chance to have their socks bored off by the under-reaching standard teaching curriculum because nobody likes a know-it-all, how to survive being being bossed around by cliques (or do the bossing, depending on traits), and how to get through the day on a barely edible school lunch. All just like schools in real life, from what I remember of them. >:) :p
Another option though, more seriously, is homeschooling by way of the NRaas Careers mod and its custom Schools module. :)
