In a world with no schools, there is no education requirement. That doesn't break the game in any technical way, but it does mean that the next generation will grow up stoopid and unfit to function in society. They collectively will not learn the value of senseless conformity, how to deal with incompetents in positions of authority, the smarter ones won't be dumbed down and have the chance to have their socks bored off by the under-reaching standard teaching curriculum because nobody likes a know-it-all, how to survive being being bossed around by cliques (or do the bossing, depending on traits), and how to get through the day on a barely edible school lunch. All just like schools in real life, from what I remember of them. >:) :p
Another option though, more seriously, is homeschooling by way of the NRaas Careers mod and its custom Schools module. :)
:D honestly im okay with them growing up with lack of education. I saw a you tuber make 104 children live in an underground bunker until they reach elder age with full free will providing them with everything they need in such bunker to live and learn skills. He did it on sims 4 and a lot of them just leveled up on the bowling skill :D I'm trying it with 38 children on sims 3, but its not as funny as the video i watched. most of them just set down their food to complain that theyre hungry or will complain that they have to go to the bathroom just outside the stall.. its only been a couple sim days though, we'll see what happens as they age up. they get released when they reach elder age.
for some of the 38 children i abducted the children from SV neighborhood, who seem to be the smartest of the bunch. Bella Bachelor went to the bathroom and ate before everyone else. It's funny though the ones who have family outside the lot, their families will call and invite them over, of course they say no though xD "No mom i'm not coming home, the ladder disappeared.."
