Sim will not age up!*SOLVED*
I’ve been trying for an hour to age an infant to a toddler and he just won’t age up! I’ve tried resetting him and his birthday still cancels out even after I trigger the age transition. Help me please...

It's for reasons like this that I always now recommend doing "Save As" with multiple save files as backups at least once per sim day so you don't lose much playtime when you get glitches like that.
