What can you do when it happens to you ?
First thing you can try (if you are not opposed to mods that is) is try if Twallan's ErrorTrap or Overwatch can save anything. It's important that you are patch level 1.22 to use ErrorTrap. You might find ScriptErrors after that in your documents folder. Post them in Twallan's forum. He can help you out. NOT here, I can't really read most of them.

That didn't work
If you are attached to your family/town, I would suggest, moving everything to a new town. Unfortunatly with the EA approach you loose all your relationships this way (you won't loose any skills this way). You could also use the Twallan's Porter to achieve the same AND keep your relationships.

Na, still nothing
Then I would suggest, resetting your user data and start a brand new game. I can be hard, I know but sometimes it's the only way to still enjoy the game.

The corruption might come back after a while so I do recommend using Overwatch to prevent most of the causes of this corruption.

If really nothing helps at all, you might need to reinstall your game, clean your registry and defrag your computer.

Interactions not working correctly
- Missing interactions are to some extend mod related but only if you are missing the interactions on ALL your Sim

Aging is messed up in an all new way

--> If you have any troubles with aging, try moving the sliders all the way to the left, then all the way to the right and then settle them where you want them.

Reports so far on this issue:
- KelMarCos: Age bar suddenly full

- Sgizzle09: Aging up still occurred when the sliders were changed mid-game. There was no birthday message just yet when the sliders were changed.

Camera / photography skill issue

Both StoryProgression and MasterController are not set up to handle the new features of generations just yet. This includes the age sliders as well so you might run into problems here.

- Digital Photo Frames not displaying any pictures if there is only one picture stored in the frame. Multiple pictures and slide show functions fine, however.

- Tried to export a "Household with Home" with the intent of posting it on the Exchange, and ended up crashing the game the moment the file was written for uploading. Now the saved game where said lot was created in crashes out upon loading. I can only assume the save is now corrupt, as the last save state was only a few minutes before I attempted the export action. I restored the game from the back-up file, and it loaded just fine afterwards. I checked to see if the export file was corrupted as well. It wasn't. The house came up as designed, and all the Sims associated with the household that owns the house loaded properly.

- If the stroller is out of a Sims' inventory (i.e. as part of house decor), whoever picks up the toddler first will have it in their inventory. This includes actions like "Put in Crib." (Personal commentary: Does anyone else find it weird that you can take stroller strolls around your own backyard?)

- Muscle Definition shows up in CAS but not in-game. Same glitch as Body Hair, only without any kind of a fix for it. Also, the Body Hair that does stick is blurry on Sims. Sims Texture Detail is at the max setting.

- Buggy texture on Loft Bed (The Sinuous Sleeper). It keeps wanting to show the default texture instead of the the CAStyle texture I picked for it instead. To fix, save the custom style to the Bin, delete offending object, and then replace with the same object. Go into CAStyle and select the saved custom version.

- Observation: Body Hair seems to be treated like Facial Hair in that it isn't genetic and that it disappears upon aging up. If you absolutely want it on your Sims, you will have to add it via the mirrors after every age up.

- If your Home Movie is too long, it won't loop around when played back on a TV. Sims still watch it as if it is looping, but what is being displayed in the last frame that was recorded. Also, long Home Movies are not getting the "Remembering" Moodlet after they are being viewed.

- Pausing at Speed 4 and then unpausing the game will set the speed back to Speed 1 instead of Speed 4. Happens most common when I am pausing to save my game while the entire household is asleep.

- Cued actions seem to be canceling themselves out for no apparent reason. The Sims themselves don't give a reason in their speach bubbles. They just react to a need (hunger, bathroom, etc.) and then cancel the queue of actions.

- Imaginary Friend will interrupt and cancel out automatic actions, such as going to the bathroom and going to school, if they enter a room when that action is cued. Do you think it's connected to the old "OMG! A SimBot!" bug?

- NPC Sims won't join in activities if their needs aren't full. Any attempt will trigger the "Sims do nothing" bug. At least we have a possible source now.

- Tell Ghost Story broke on my end after I did it once. None of my other Sims can do this interaction properly. Reloading the game won't fix it. Looks like I can tell only ONE Ghost Story in any game from now until this is fixed. Could be related to the same bug reported earlier, but more details would help as to how it broke for that user.
