Simport Questions
I'm currently playing a singer, who is now at level 10. Of course, sometimes she gets wishes or is offered opportunities to host someone else's performer or perform at someone else's venue. I've read so many simport horror stories I'm not sure I want to risk trying it, but I also have questions as to how it works.
If someone sends a sim to someone else's game, would they have control over the performance, or would the performer stand around clearing their throat, drinking water, tapping on their microphone, or any of those other super annoying things inactive performer sims do at Simfest? Or, might the game make them perform the way their player does when they're controlling the performance?
How does the process of sending or inviting performers work? Is it complicated?
If I should decide to send my singer, would the player receiving her see her CC hair, or would their game substitute the default hairstyle? (I know, this doesn't really matter all that much, but I'm curious.)
