Sims 3 & 4 on same computer?

There is no reason you can't have both installed at the same time as long as you have sufficient hard drive space to accommodate them and with 830 GB free you have plenty. Whether either or both games can be expected to perform as well as they can, and how many EPs each should be able to handle, will depend on other system specs including processor, graphics card, and RAM.
Thank you for letting me know! I am planning on getting another drive in the future, I just am not savvy enough to install it but my computer was built by my brother and his friend and it runs pretty well, like GTA V and such that require a bit more higher power. If you wanted specs I can give it! But I did run both Sims 3 & 4 at different times on the pc and it ran pretty good on custom settings.
