Gonna try to make a few 10x10 lots when I get my internet connection issues sorted out.
I tend to find that my 10x10 “tiny homes” are pretty much a maze to negotiate because the lot isn’t really big enough to put down too much other than the house before Sims start getting stuck and tricky to make multi-storey homes due to routing in “tight spaces” indoors.
