Sims 3 camera - rotate without using the keyboard?

I'm yet trying to readjust and relearn to use 3's camera, as i just reinstalled the game 3 days ago... for the most part it has been kind of easy but i miss rotating with my mouse... is there a simple...

If you're using a mouse, hold down the middle mouse button and move the mouse around. This rotates in any direction you want, not just a simple rotation left or right, so it may take a bit of finesse to keep the angle where you want it.
