Hi,
It was in the active apartment. The lot was a Leo Tower in Bridgeport. You know that both One and Two Leo Towers have one side open and one side with walls which are part of the building itself and cannot be deleted. The back of the fireplace was in the part of the building which cannot be deleted because it is part of the image of the lot.
I've done that a lot of times in those buildings because these two are the ones I liked the most and I've always lived in them. I really don't know why suddendly I get this error, that's why I think it's because of the last patch. I should test this issue more thoroughtly. I'll try to do that in regular lots.
This game is driving me nuts with all the try and error...
