Sims 3 Lag--High End PC (Somewhat Fixed)

I updated the drivers to 15.xx and changed the vsync to dynamic in radeonpro. I get much smoother framerate.

It isn't 100 percent but it is really close.

15 drivers are out? glad to hear they are helping if you dont get the performance you want we can review settings i recently changed my standard settings for better performance for 4 and didit take a hit with three it

I know i'm mad late on this post but I got an i7 7700k processor, 850 evo ssd gtx 1070 card and a gsync 144hz 1440p monitor I got nraas Mc mod, overwatch and register mod in my game it's been like 10mins why am I still at the start of where the screen is black with the little cursor of the mouse is still spinning what is wrong with my game any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I've never posted before but I'm thinking so much my brain hurts. If anyone of you could help me it would mean a lot.
I just bought a Razer Blade 15'' Advanced 2019.

SPECS:

144Hz
16GB RAM
516 GB ssd
NIVIDA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q
Intel Core i7-8750H

Basically I've got an awesome laptop but can't play the sims 3 as good as I should be able to. I've tried a bunch of games that runs extremely smoothly but the sims 3 just won't work as well as it should. I installed the base game and all of my expansion packs and stuff packs (I have all of them) and the game worked perfectly with no lag at all. I put some CC in my mods folder and now I drop frames more than I should. It's not that I need to clean out my game since it is just two days old.

I also want to add my FPS can drop to 5-17 when scrolling wround or zooming out. I know my game could give more FPS since it reaches to 140 when I'm still.

Also my loading screens and saving takes forever compared to a girl on youtube/twitch with worse Specs and a lot more GB of CC

I gave it more RAM and my boyfriend is going to help me get the game to find my graphics card tomorrow. I've lowered the options to medium on almost everything but I can play every other game on the highest setting. I always start my game with NIVIDA cortex.

Could someone help me out?
