Could be the older version of Inspector here... Just to be safe, I usually link to Nvidia website instead of GeForce Experience. After a driver check and w/ the version of NVIDIA Profile Inspector I linked, see if you can now set it to your monitors refresh rate.
If none of that works, it doesn't hurt to do a clean driver install.

- Download the latest driver for your card + current OS from the Nvidia website.
- Download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely wipe the current installed driver.
- Run the program in safe mode as recommended on the site
- Choose NVIDIA & Clean and restart
- Install the new driver you downloaded from the Nvidia website.
