Sorry, there were a few things I forgot to add.
I only use the Origin version of The Sims 3 (which I know is TS3.exe, TS3W.exe is for the CD-ROM version only), but NVIDIA Control Panel and NVIDIA Inspector include all .exe files attached to The Sims 3
I know it's not my GPU because like I said, The Sims 4 works just fine.
