@Studer5544 - I would suggest undoing the compat settings. They usually tend to cause more problems than they solve with games like TS3, they are really most relevant for simpler, Office types of applications.
Afraid I have no experience with GSync, you're way ahead of me there. Logic dictates try Windowed first since Windowed Borderless is really windowed mode functionally but tricked out to kind of look like full screen.
