I know this probably seems like an odd 'must have' object because it doesn't do anything or help my simmies advance on any way. It's just a simple little wooden bread box which sits by its lonely on a counter or sometimes on a shelf in my sim's kitchen.
To me the bread box serves as a symbolic reminder to always be grateful. And, I am grateful for all the joy this game has brought me and the things it has taught me.
If my simmies were to open the box and find it empty of bread, that's not a bad thing, it only means 'prosperity' for them is still in the making and not ready yet. If they should open the box and find it full, well there's peace in knowing they won't be hungry.
