I do the same thing, too try to read what they are thinking/feeling etc. It adds another layer of hilarity to their expressions or actions.

I think she's thinking of a werewolf in that pic. I've seen this one too and eventually noticed the colour of the outline can be different and then I made the connection as the only colours I've seen are the same as the colours that surround their images in the relationship panel.
No, I think that's the wish that involves "someone" (Like "talk to someone" if they're lonely or a social butterfly.)
Yes but - the someone she's thinking of is werewolf. I seen that pop up when a werewolf is nearby and I've seen a green one when a fairy comes into a room or lot the sim with the the thought bubble is also at. Similarly with other colours.
If I see this coloured thought bubble now I look around to see if there is a supernatural of the type indicated by the colour nearby and there always has been every time I've looked for it.
I guess that makes sense. I never noticed.
