I was only missing a couple packs for Sims 3 when it ended and I got those from Amazon, the prices were reasonable (I think probably the same as the other SP/EP's I purchased direct from EA - I always bought hard copies). I also purchased new base pack, seasons, pets and a couple SP's for my niece and nephew who were just starting to play Sims 3.
I don't know what they have left and some can be pricey but they were all new in the package.
