Sims 3 VS Sims 4

I like both games, but I prefer TS3, purely because I've been playing it longer than I've been playing TS4 (7 years! :hushed: ) and I've never gotten tired of it. I enjoy TS4, in doses, I'll go through phases of playing it a lot for a couple of days but then get bored for a long time and need a break from it because I run out of things to do, whereas in TS3 I never really seem to run out of things to do. I remember when my computer broke a couple of years ago, when it was fixed I was very cautious about gaming on it, so I only installed and played TS3 Base Game - I was occupied for weeks until I eventually installed the EPs, whereas with TS4 Base Game I got bored within a few days and found myself going back to TS3 until TS4's next GP/EP came out. I just feel like TS4 lacks depth, I can't pinpoint what it is, I also find it too cartoony in comparison to TS3.. TS3 feels more like a life simulation game to me. That being said, I do love how easy it is to mould sims' faces in CAS and how fast it runs for me in comparison to TS3.
