Sims 3 worlds

If there is a code it should be in an email sent to you when you bought the world. But I haven't bought one for years. I thought you just went to your purchase history or the store page and download them.

Just install them if you want to play them.

They are installed. I just don't see them on my page

My Page has always been a little funky. Sometimes it won't display registered packs or worlds. No reason other than it just glitches. There's nothing you can do on your end. You can try contacting EA help through the Origin website but it's not a promise they will help.

Don't take this the wrong way but this is more of a cosmetic issue... Not really a concern as long as you can download & install + play those worlds like normal. Years ago I contacted them about Supernatural not showing up on My Page. They ended up removing it from my account and giving me a new code to register which was kind of a pain to reach that point. Not exactly worth it, in my opinion, looking back.

Things come and go from My Page. The only problem it might cause is if everything drops off it and then you can't log into the site because you don't have any games registered. I had this happen once for a few days when they were trying to fix it. It has been a lot better since then but it's still glitchy.
